A woman called her brother with bad news.

"Bill, the doctor told me I need a new kidney. He said you would be the only likely donor candidate. He wants you to set up an appointment to discuss this as soon as possible."

"I can't do that, Sis," said Bill.

"Why not?!? Don't you understand? If I don't get a kidney soon, the doctor said my kidneys would fail."

"You know I can't do that, Sis."

"I don't understand why you won't consider this, Bill. You don't want me to die, do you?" she pleaded.

"Of course not," he said.

"Well, what's the problem? You didn't say 'No' to Dad when HE needed a kidney!"
