A door-to-door salesman was talking to an old woman.

"If you should ever fall and cannot get up, just push this button on this device on your wrist."

The lady looked at the device and asked, "Then what happens? Will it summon help?"

"No," the man said, "If you have fallen and can't even get up, you are much too old! This will give you a lethal injection."
