cell phone users
I'm watching television and a scene comes up where a little girl about five is talking on a cell phone.
It occurred to me that there are kids out there who have never talked on a corded phone.
"Mommy?"
"Yes, honey?"
"What's this thing on this phone?"
"That's a cord. Do you know what it's for?"
"So that the phone won't get lost?"

Funny, when writing that I thought to myself "how come he didn't cover this angle? would be the perfectly cynical fit".

Add typewriters to the list.
And film.
My niece and nephew always run up to me after I've taken a picture to look at the back of the camera. They don't understand why I can't see the picture right away.
I imagine there are some teens who need an explanation as to why they cannot "text" Grandma.
Now that is funny. Because its true.
