fun with clichés

Q. What do the following have in common?

- "Hey, Tornado! Come here often?"

- "Hey, Hurricane! What's a nice girl like you doing in a place like this?"

- "Hey, Earthquake! Is that a collapsed bridge in your pocket, or are you just happy to see me?"

A. They're all "flirting with disaster."

Ouch! OK, I'm gonna be perfectly honest: While my instinct is to yell "that was corny!" I laughed my ass off when I read it and have every intention of retelling it to my dad when I call him later this evening.

Good joke.

Sarc, in case we don't cross paths in the message boxes before the turn of the year, have a good New Year. And I hope it starts off the way you want it to.
